What makes your home Transparent?
To achieve certification as a transparent home, adherence to our patented process, which utilizes the latest photodocumentation technology, is required.
Specifically, a Transparent Home includes documentation of the following:

Captured at milestone intervals: framing, MEP rough, sheetrock, paint/trim, and finished conditions.
Exterior Elevations
Documentation of all doors, windows and exterior penetrations and the waterproofing system prior to final cladding.
Under Slab/Site Utilities
Includes photodocumentation and GPS coordinates of all utility connections associated with the home.
Pre-Slab elements
Captured at the pre-pour inspection, shows waterproofing and structural elements that are covered by concrete.
Interior Progressions
MEP Documentation
One-time visit that captures all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing at inspection, just prior to insulation and drywall coverup.
